Split a calf’s liver, parboil, scoop out center, mince this, add one onion minced, chopped parsley, sage, salt, pepper, stale bread crumbs and 2 tablespoonsful butter; fill cavities, fasten edges with skewers, put in pan; baste with water, vinegar and spices while cooking. Garnish with fried noodles.; To obtain best results with these Recipes the materials should be of the best quality. Dauth's Ninth St. Market deals in that kind only. ⧉
