1881-03-24 – Express – Louis Dauth Reed-Dauth Block Contractor ⧉
E. W. Reed and Louis Dauth have decided to build on their lots, Linden street, near the Poudre Valley bank. The building will be fifty feet in front and seventy feet deep and two stories high. It will be built of brick. Mr. Boyd has the contract for doing the brick work and Perry Harrington the carpenter work. Work will begin on the cellar this week. ⧉
