Louis Dauth will, the present week, open a new grocery and provision store in the room, lately occupied by Mr. Eichenberg, the tailor. Four years ago this month Mr. Dauth started in business in the same room with a cash capital of only $250. A few months later he bought half of the building now occupied by Flescher & Rehmke, which he sold last winter, together with his stock of goods, to George L. Kirchner. To-day it would require all the fingers and thumbs upon which to number the thousands of dollars he is worth- the accumulations of four years in legitimate business. ⧉
