Louis Dauth sells his Fort Collins store before moving his business to Denver.

Ex-Alderman Dauth closed out all of his property in this city on Saturday last to the Bennett Bros., the sale including residence property on Howes street, store building on Linden street and the stock of groceries and family supplies in the same. Deeds for the transfer of the real estate have been executed and delivered and possession will be given to the store as a soon as an invoice of the stock is completed, and possession of the residence will be given on the first of March next, at which time Mr. Dauth will remove to Denver and engage in business. ⧉
