North Ward Circle Have Interesting Program at School House Complete Season's Work; The last meeting of the North Ward Mother's Circle was held on Thursday afternoon at the North Ward school house. The teachers of the school, Mrs. Mabel Marsh, Miss Jessie Fink and Miss Kilpatrick had the program in charge. Dr. W. H. Sheilds gave an interesting talk on "Quarantine and the laws that govern it." Miss Fink read a beautiful sentiment on "Pleasure." The program was followed by a reception for the mothers and light refreshments were served. This Circle was organized early in the school year by the mothers of the children on the north side. Mrs. Charles H. Bliss is president and Mrs. George Dauth, secretary. The mothers have met every month to discuss problems of interest to them. It is expected that the club will be larger in numbers next year. The mothers of the children who would be in the school next year were invited to the meeting Thursday. ⧉
