Mrs. Louise Mary Alden, 44, wife of Lee H, Alden, the fieldman for the Great Western Sugar company for Keenesburg district, was found dead at her home in Keenesburg, 35 miles southeast of Greeley late Friday afternoon. Dr. T. C. Wilmoth, who examined the body, said that Mrs. Alden had died of a heart attack and that death had probably occurred four or five hours before the body was discovered. Harry Barker, and employee of the Central Colorado Power company, who called at the Alden home to read a light meter, discovered the body. Rapping at a rear door the meter reader heard a baby crying within the house but could "raise" nobody to come to the door. Peering in from the back porch he saw Mrs. Alden lying face down on the floor with her 16 months old son, Charles, sitting near the body. Mrs. Alden's husband and the older son, Lee Alden, Jr., 17, had left home in the forenoon, when Mrs. Alden had appeared to be in normal health. Dr. Wilmoth, the coroner, and Deputy Sheriff Guy McGinness went to Keenesburg to investigate the death. Mrs. Alden is survived by her husband, two sons, Lee H. Jr., and Charles Phillip Alden, and the following sisters and brothers: Miss Elsie Dauth of Denver, Mrs. Marie Fisher of Oregon, Mrs. Helen Roberts of Denver, Phillip Dauth of Denver, Fred Dauth of Meeker. Mrs. Alden was a niece of Mr. and Mrs. George Dauth of Greeley. Funeral service will be held at 2 o'clock Tuesday from the Sattley funeral Home chapel with interment at Linn Grove. ⧉
